The House may soon be considering a floor vote holding Harriet Miers and Josh Bolten in contempt of Congress for refusing to testify before the House Judiciary Committee and to provide documents related to the ongoing U.S. Attorneys investigation.
There was a recent New York Times editorial [1] on the issue and an editorial by renowned legal scholar Edwin Chemerinsky in the Baltimore Sun [2].
As soon as I have more information on the timing of the vote, I will let you all know.
